- Complete the Industrial Affiliate Application Form
- Choose your contact representative. The contact representative is the main point of contact in your organisation. The number of additional representatives will depend on the size of your organisation
- Provide a list of company directors
- Provide a detailed company profile
- Submit your Industrial Affiliate application form along with the above information and £100 (plus VAT*) application fee to Membership Services.
