Apart from being a professional engineer, he was the change agent in the Department actively involved in the introduction of E&M Services Trading Fund and the Total Quality Management. By embracing the concept of “Helping people to Help Themselves”, he has been enriching his knowledge and expertise in facilitation and coaching.

Programme Highlights:
Have you ever had the following queries?
• Why do we sometimes, if not often, take actions which are not effective in solving the problems?
• Why do people have different conclusions even though they are exposed to same set of data/information?
• Is “criticizing” an element in Critical Thinking?
By the end of the workshop, the participants would develop a habit of effective thinking such that they can readily apply critical thinking.

(L to R) Mr. Charles CHAN, Hon. Treasurer of IGEM-FEDS, Mr. Lewis HO, Speaker, Mr. Kenneth LUN and Mr. Peter CHAK (both Past Chairman of IGEM-FEDS)
