2. Receive Chairman's annual report for 2019/2020

3. Receive Hon Treasurer's financial report for 2019/2020

4. Announce retirement of Management Committee members

5. Appoint Management Committee members for 2020/2021

6. Receive new chairman's brief account of the way forward
